5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping fees, delivery timeframes, and carriers may vary depending on the product's size, weight, and destination.

  • For local deliveries within 15 miles, a delivery fee of $129.99 will be applied. For deliveries within 100 miles, a fee of $179.99 will be charged.

  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • For deliveries over 100 miles or requiring special arrangements, please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery schedule.

6. Order Processing and Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it will be processed promptly. If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us immediately.

  • Cancellations may not be possible once items have shipped or custom work has begun.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • We stand by the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a return, refund, or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return, minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

8. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the building process has begun. Lead times for custom furniture may vary and will be communicated upon ordering.

  • A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment is due upon completion before delivery.

9. Warranty and Damages

  • All our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Please inspect your item upon delivery and report any damages immediately.
